1. Overview
SalesPulse (“the App”) is provided by New Neighbors, Inc. and designed to help users analyze CRM data and receive AI-driven sales insights. By installing, accessing, or using SalesPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Use of the App
You may use SalesPulse only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data shared through your CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive). New Neighbors, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations of these Terms.
3. Integrations and Third-Party Services
SalesPulse integrates with third-party platforms, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, AWS, GCP, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. New Neighbors, Inc. is not responsible for third-party content, data handling, or system performance.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and features within SalesPulse are the property of New Neighbors, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SalesPulse is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. New Neighbors, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of insights, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Neighbors, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use SalesPulse, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SalesPulse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

SalesPulse collects only the data necessary to provide its features and integrations. This may include limited CRM data (e.g., deal information, sales activity, and performance metrics) from platforms like HubSpot or Pipedrive. We do not store personal data beyond what’s required for functionality.
2. How We Use Data
We use the collected data to:
- Generate AI-powered insights and reports
- Improve app functionality and reliability
- Maintain secure connections with your CRM
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
SalesPulse uses:
- AWS and GCP for secure hosting and cloud operations
- HubSpot and Pipedrive for CRM integrations
- OpenAI for AI-generated insights
These providers may process limited data on our behalf. Each maintains its own security and privacy practices.
4. Data Security
We use encrypted communication and secure APIs to protect data in transit and storage. Access is restricted to essential personnel only.
5. Data Retention
CRM data is processed in real time and not retained beyond what’s necessary for generating insights or reports. Once disconnected, all integration tokens and temporary data are deleted.

7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted within the app or at the installation page.
